BoyleSports, an Irish online sportsbetting operator announced that they’ve signed a sponsorship deal. The new sponsorship deal they have signed will allow for them to become the title sponsor in the 2014 Irish Grand National Horse Race.
The race is set to begin on the Monday after the Easter Holiday. This sponsorship deal will also bring a new promotion to BoyleSports which will have a prize pool worth €250,000. Various prizes will be rewarded out to punters, the grand prize is yet to be known but will more than likely be over €100,000.
John Boyle, the founder and current CEO behind BoyleSports made a statement relating towards this sponsorship deal saying, “BoyleSports have continued to innovate the online sports betting services offered in Ireland. We are delighted to have sponsored the 2014 Irish Grand National Horse Race, is the most iconic horse race in Ireland and is viewed by millions of other people around Europe. We hope to bring in a new set of players to BoyleSports through this new promotional and sponsorship deal.”
Peter Rowe, the General Manager behind the Fairyhouse Racecourse where the Grand National takes place every year also commented on the sponsorship deal saying, “Every year we have dozens of operators from different markets contact us to become the main sponsor in our race. We are honored to have BoyleSports at our title sponsor and hope that this deal brings positive things in the future for both of us.”
